•Pts with a history of Stroke and Mod -Severe Neuropathic Pain with Visual Analogue Score more than equal to 6 and DN4 Questionnaire score more than equal to 4 of Upper Limb

•1. The patient having a history of previous interventions like Nerve Blocks/ Stellate Ganglion Block
•2. Patient having history of allergy to Local Anaesthetic Agent.
•3. The patient having severe systemic diseases as per American Society of Anaesthesiologist(ASA) Class 3 and above
•4. Patient having coagulopathy or patients on anticoagulants.
•5. Patient having a local site infection.
•6. Patient having Phrenic nerve palsy of opposite side.
•7. Patient having any history of other autonomic diseases, peripheral nerve disease.
•8. The patient having a severe psychiatric illness /difficulty in communication.
