Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pts with a history of Stroke and Mod \-Severe Neuropathic Pain with Visual Analogue Score more than equal to 6 and DN4 Questionnaire score more than equal to 4 of Upper Limb
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. The patient having a history of previous interventions like Nerve Blocks/ Stellate Ganglion Block
- •2\. Patient having history of allergy to Local Anaesthetic Agent.
- •3\. The patient having severe systemic diseases as per American Society of Anaesthesiologist(ASA) Class 3 and above
- •4\. Patient having coagulopathy or patients on anticoagulants.
- •5\. Patient having a local site infection.
- •6\. Patient having Phrenic nerve palsy of opposite side.
- •7\. Patient having any history of other autonomic diseases, peripheral nerve disease.
- •8\. The patient having a severe psychiatric illness /difficulty in communication.
