Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Be 7 or 11 years old;
- •Present posterior crossbite (uni or bilateral) and / or atresic palate (ogival)
- •Present moderate to high risk of airway compromise assessed through questionnaire (Sleep Disorder Scale in children).
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children with chromosomal syndromes, acute or chronic neuromuscular disease and previous history of any type of orthodontic and / or surgical treatment.
