- •patient refusal
- •allergy to any study drugs
- •patients with previous neurological symptoms
- •psychiatric diseases
- •history of chronic pain syndrome
- •patient on chronic opioid medication
- •BMI <18.5 and > 40
- •Difficulty in assessing postoperative pain
