Inclusion Criteria

(a) History of one cancelled embryo transfer due to thin endo <7mm (after all conventional treatment as per institutional protocol.

(b) Age 25–45 years,

(c) Body mass index (BMI) 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m2

(d) Recipients of Donor oocyte & Donor embryo.

Exclusion Criteria

(a) Presence of uncontrolled endocrine disorders (uncontrolled diabetes mellitus/ hyperprolactinemia, thyroid dysfunction,

(b) Previous major uterine surgery

(c) Previous hysteroscopic surgery

(d) Adenomyosis

(e) Endometriosis

(f) Untreated hydrosalpinx

(g) RIF

(h) Cotreatment with any Nitric Oxide donor

(i) Patients with bleeding disorder or those who are at increased risk of retinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, or preoperative patients

(j) Patients with Renal Impairment: Patients with creatinine clearance less than 30 mL/min

(k) Allergy to xanthine derivatives, e.g., caffeine, theophylline, theobromine

(l) Acute myocardial infarction or severe coronary disease due to increased risk of myocardial demand

(m) Severe liver disease (Child pugh class C) or cirrhosis

(n) Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

(o) bleeding disorders (altered prothrombin time

(p) Co-administration with

(q) other antihypertensive drugs

(r) Glibenclamide or metformin

(s) other theophylline derivatives

(t) Co- treatment with Aspirin
