Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients undergoing elective TURBT under general anesthesia

2.Age group 18-65 years

3.ASA I-II

Exclusion Criteria

1.Delayed extubation

2.Hypertensive patients

3.Need of admission to the intensive care unit

4.History of chronic pain or opium use or on opioid medications

5.History of urinary obstruction

6.History of neurological disorder

7.Severe liver or heart disease

8.History of overactive bladder (urinating more than 3 times at night or 8 times in 24 hour

9.Morbid obesity
