Artava Kshaya, described in Ayurveda under Yonivyapad and Artava Vikara, presents as irregular, scanty, or painful menstruation and is correlated with oligomenorrhea and scanty menses in modern science. Conventional allopathic management relies on hormonal therapy with temporary effects and adverse reactions. Ayurveda emphasizes root-cause management using Agneya dravyas that enhance Rasa and Rakta Dhatu, balancing Vata-Pitta. Jyotishmatyadi Churna, with uterine restorative and Artavajanana properties, is selected as a safe, cost-effective, and holistic option for managing Artava Kshaya.

入选标准
- •Married/unmarried patients suffering from any two of the following cardinal symptoms of Artavakshaya: a. If the interval between 2 menstrual cycles exceeds more than 35 days. b. Yoni Vedana.
- •Pain during menstruation in internal genital organs.
排除标准
- •a.Breastfeeding within the past 3 months.
- •b.History of intake of oral contraceptive or ovulation inducing agent within the past 3 months.
- •3.Established endocrine disorders.
- •4.Interval between 2 consecutive menstrual cycles is more than 6 months.
- •5.Oligomenorrhea with hypermenorrhoea.
- •6.Patient suffering from any uterine or pelvic pathology.
- •7.Patient with any malignancy or anatomical defect.
- •8.Patient suffering from any severe systemic disorders.
- •9.Intake of psychoactive drugs or antiepileptic drugs (valproic acid).

The primary outcome focuses on the clinical efficacy of Jyotishmatyadi churna vs shatapushpadi churna in managing aartav kshaya. It will be assessed based on sysmtomatic relief (pain)and objective parameters (Artavpraman).Assesments will occur at baseline , during treatment ,post treatment and follow ups.
