American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I-II
Patient scheduled for orthopedic procedures in beach-chair position
Exclusion Criteria
patients of 19 year-old and less, patients of 81 year-old and over
History of cerebrovascular disease, cervical spine disease, cardiovascular disease(American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status III)
