Inclusion Criteria
Patients /Guardian who are willing to sign the informed consent.
Participants from the same project area.
Participants willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
Age less than 10 years and more than 19 years,
Pregnancy and lactation
Congenital heart disease, hepatic, bleeding disorders, Sickle cell Anemia, Cancer, Renal failure.
Patients with chronic diseases, inherited defects
Patients with infectious diseases.
Based on Laboratory investigations:
Patients who do not give blood samples for investigation.

Name Time Method To promote the Siddha interventions for Anemia (Pandu) among rural women /Men at adolescent age (10 to 19) in South districtsâ??Madurai and Theni- Tamil Nadu. <br/ ><br>The siddha medication for anemia is given for 90 days to the subject and the outcome is monitored. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 90 days
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The increase in Haemoglobin content after 90 days of treatment with Siddha medicine will be documented statistically. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 90 days;The quality of life will be assessed both before and after treatment using RAND 36 â?? Item health survey. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 90 days
