(1) Voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent;<br>(2) The patient was diagnosed with tumor before surgery. All patients were not treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy before operation, which may affect the outcome. Male or female, age >=18 years old and no more than 75 years old;<br>(3). Expected survival >=3 months;<br>(4) There is at least one measurable tumor lesion: long diameter >=10 mm on spiral CT, short diameter of lymph node >=15 mm; General CT or physical examination, its maximum diameter must be >=20mm;<br>(5) no major organ failure and serious coagulation dysfunction;<br>(6) Patients who can tolerate surgery.
(1) Intestinal obstruction;<br>(2) Extensive adhesion in the peritoneal cavity;<br>(3) Abdominal cavity has obvious inflammation;<br>(4) dysfunction of major organs such as heart, kidney, liver and brain, and severe coagulation disorders;<br>(5) cachexia;<br>(6) suffering from serious or uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases and lung diseases, or unstable vital signs caused by various causes;<br>(7) Vulnerable groups, including persons with mental illness, persons with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc.
