Inclusion Criteria
1. Subjects with myofascial trigger points located within the quadratus lumborum and erector spinae muscles
2. Non-specific low back pain
3. Willingness to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnancy
2. Systemic conditions
3. Degeneration of the spinal vertebrae
4. Ongoing spinal ailments
5. History of spinal vertebrae surgery
6. History of spinal injury
