Inclusion Criteria
- •?ASA Grade lI to lll; ? Age \=60 years;? No coagulation dysfunction; ?Total knee arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty were performed initially;? The preoperative
- •MMSE score was higher than the lowest value of corresponding educational level.
Exclusion Criteria
- •?Preoperative psychiatric or
