Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients willing to take part in the study and sign the informed consent form,
  • •Patients within the age group of 18 to 40 years,
  • •Patients with 5 or more of the 9 symptoms of IGD, mentioned in DSM\-5, persisting for over a period of 12 months,
  • •Patients irrespective of gender and socio\-economic status.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Those who use the Internet excessively for activities other than, playing online games (e.g., using the internet for academic, business, or professional purposes, excessive use of social media, online gambling, and other recreational purposes.),
  • •Pregnant women and Lactating mothers,
  • •Those under usage of illicit drugs,
  • •Patients diagnosed with/under treatment for other psychiatric, metabolic or systemic diseases,
  • •Patients unfit for Snehana and Shodhana Therapy.
