Inclusion Criteria

Chronic pain (duration = 3 months),
At least substantial pain disability (at least severity level 1 according to Korff's pain disability scale),
Age = 18 years,
Sufficient knowledge of German,
Sufficient computer and internet skills,
Internet access

Exclusion Criteria

Tumour-related pain,
Substantial suicide risk at baseline measured by item 9 of the BDI II (value >1)
