Patients with clinical diagnosis of acute appendicitis and its compliations .

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with appendicular lump

History of alcoholic liver disease or other liver pathologies associated with hyperbilirubinemia

History of gastrointestinal malignancy in the past

History of hepatobiliary surgery
