- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I, II
- •\- Planned for non\-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia with an estimated operation time longer than 90 minutes
排除标准
- •\- History of drug allergy or anaphylaxis
- •\- Medications other than antiepileptic drugs
- •\- Myasthenia gravis, myasthenic syndrome, or neuromuscular diseases
- •\- Severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatobiliary, renal diseases
- •\- Body mass index over 35
- •\- Burn injury
- •\- Intraoperative hypothermia (\<35\.5 celcius) or hyperthermia (\>37\.5 celcius)
