- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I, II
- •- Planned for non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia with an estimated operation time longer than 90 minutes
排除标准
- •- History of drug allergy or anaphylaxis
- •- Medications other than antiepileptic drugs
- •- Myasthenia gravis, myasthenic syndrome, or neuromuscular diseases
- •- Severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatobiliary, renal diseases
- •- Body mass index over 35
- •- Burn injury
- •- Intraoperative hypothermia (<35.5 celcius) or hyperthermia (>37.5 celcius)
