Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who:
- •are above the age of 18, with Diabetes type 2, on medication since 6 months or more.
- •can understand, speak and write in English.
- •are willing to consent to and participate in this study.
- •are admitted in the Medicine wards of a Tertiary care Hospital.
- •are capable of caring for themselves and do not require a caretaker.
- •regularly test fasting and post prandial blood sugar levels.
- •who will be coming back to the hospital after a month for a follow up.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who:
- •are not willing to consent to or participate in the study.
- •do not speak English.
- •are treated on OPD basis.
- •are below the age of 18\.
