Patients with moderate to very severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; with age equal to or greater than 40 years; of both sexes.
Current smoking; presence of associated diseases that make it impossible to carry out any of the study evaluations or limit the progression of training such as osteoarthritis, severe cardiovascular and neurological conditions and non-signing of the informed consent form.

Name Time Method Change in endothelial function assessed by brachial artery flow-mediated dilation by means of brachial artery ultrasound performed at the beginning and end of each cross-over series of supplementation and before and after 24 sessions of pulmonary rehabilitation.;Change in endothelial function assessed by the index of reactive hyperemia by means of peripheral arterial tonometry performed at the beginning and at the end of each cross-over series of supplementation and before and after 24 sessions of pulmonary rehabilitation.
