- •Model for End-Stage Liver Disease (MELD) score 12-20.
- •- Living donor liver transplant recipients planned for weaning of ventilation and fulfilling criteria of extubation.
排除标准
- •- Preoperative breathlessness on physical exercise.
- •- Any central nervous system disease.
- •- Severe haemodynamic instability at the end of the operation.
- •- Patients in need for re-operation.
- •- Unwilling to participate in the study
