Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients requiring local anaesthesia for maxillary posterior teeth.
- •Patients with non contributory medical history.
- •Patients having Frankels positive and definitely positive behaviour during preoperative behavioural assessment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patient with history of systemic diseases or undergoing any medical treatment, psychiatric disorder , and insensitive skin will be excluded.
- •2\) Patients with dental abscess or fistula in the procedure site.
- •3\) Patients who are allergic to local anaesthesia.
- •4\)Uncooperative patients
