入选标准
- •All critically ill adult trauma patients aged 18-60 years,admitted to ICU within 2 days of hospital admission.
排除标准
- •Refusal by patients or patients relative to give consent.
- •Patients having contraindications to statins.
- •Crush injury.
- •Diabetes mellitus patients.
- •Stroke patients.
- •LFT derranged or liver failure patients.
- •Patients admitted only for observation of post operative elective general,orthopaedics or neuro surgery cases.
