Inclusion Criteria
TSH More than 4.5 mIU/L
Chronicity less than 5 years
Freshly diagnosed as hypothyroidism
diagnosed case of hypothyroidism on the basis of serum TSH,T3 and T4 levels
Exclusion Criteria
1. patient undergone any thyroid surgery
2. patient suffering from cardiac Abnormality,diabetes, carcinomas.
3. Chronicity more than 5 years.
4. TSH above 15mIU/l
