- •3) Patients ready for trial and give written consent.

- •1) Patients not willing for clinical trial.
- •2) Patients having history of immunosupressive disorders.
- •3) Patients having history of ulcers formed due to malignancy.
- •4) Patients having history of Diabetes Mellitus.
