- •Patients of ASA grade 1 &2
- •Age group 18 to 60 years of either sex
- •All patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery in supine position under general anaesthesia
- •Duration of surgery less than 2 hours
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Patients with known difficult airways, cervical spine disease, body weight less than 30kgs, moth opening less than 2cms, history of upper GI bleed or clotting abnormalities, gastroesophageal reflux diseases
- •ASA grade III, IV, V, E
