Participants with age 45-65 years of age .
Patients diagnosed with Diabetic neuropathy.
Participants having balance problem with a score of < 45 on Berg Balance Scale(BBS).
Participants with score higher than 13 out of 15 in first part and with 2 out of 10 points in second part of Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument.
Participants diagnosed with any other neurological conditions.
Participants with lower extremity injuries in last 4-5 months and surgeries in last 8-10 months.
Participants diagnosed with red flags for WBV that is arrhythmia , pregnancy , cancer , pacemaker , acute rheumatoid arthritis , severe cardiovascular disease and migraines.
