- •1.Patients of either sex aged between 18 and 60 years
- •2.who have undergone elective clean and uncontaminated surgery for open hernioplasty.
- •3.Patients who had provided written informed consent to participate in the trial and willingness to comply with the protocol requirements.
排除标准
- •1.patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the study-related drugs.
- •2. patients undergoing emergency surgery and contaminated surgery.
- •3.patients with known hepatic or renal impairment.
- •4.pregnant women
- •5.patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or any other metabolic disorder.
- •6.Patients undergoing surgery under any local anaesthesia.
