1. Male
2. Aged between 40 to 60 Years
3. Not suffering from any other disease except moderate hyperlipidemia and overweight/ obesity
4. Having moderate hyperlipidemia (Blood cholesterol between 200 to 240 mg/ dl and LDL Cholesterol levels between 130 to 159 mg/dl)
5. Willingness of the subject to participate and cooperate during the course of study
6. No food allergy, no lactose intolerance
7. Not taking antibiotics or medications known to affect lipid metabolism during the proceeding 4 weeks.
8. Not on blood pressure, lipid depression, blood clotting, inflammation medication
9. Willing to eat 150 g yogurt daily for 6 weeks
