Inclusion Criteria
Children aged between 7-16 years who are overweight or obese as per Indian academy of Paediatrics criteria (IAP BMI charts 2015)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients receiving medication known to cause weight gain (corticosteroids, antipsychotics, antiepileptics etc.)
2.Syndromic overweight and obese patients
3.Developmentally delayed patients
