Inclusion Criteria
1. newly diagnosed cases of Diabetes Mellitus
2. Known cases of Diabetes Mellitus with uncontrolled blood sugar with their current medicine.
Exclusion Criteria
1. patient having complication of Diabetes Mellitus
2. patient suffering from brittle diabetes
3. patient with past history of IHD, MI, CVA
4. patient with poorly controlled Hypertension that is 160/100 mm / Hg
5. Patient with serious systemic diseases
6. Pregnant lady / Lactating mother / gestational Diabetes patient
7. Patient who are taking steroids, OC pills, on Hormone Replacement Therapy
8. patient with hypersensitivity to any ingredients of trial drug
