Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Cerebral stroke (ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke) with higher chances of survival
- •2\. Patients with diagnosis of acute stroke with stroke event occurring within one month
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Transient ischaemic attack
- •2\. Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
- •3\. Brainstem or cerebellar stroke
- •4\. Extreme communication difficulties that hinders patientâ??s participation in assessment
- •5\. Patient mentally incompetent to give informed consent
- •6\. Associated neurological degenerative diseases such as Alzheimerâ??s disease, Parkinsonâ??s disease.
