1. Cerebral stroke (ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke) with higher chances of survival
2. Patients with diagnosis of acute stroke with stroke event occurring within one month
1. Transient ischaemic attack
2. Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
3. Brainstem or cerebellar stroke
4. Extreme communication difficulties that hinders patientâ??s participation in assessment
5. Patient mentally incompetent to give informed consent
6. Associated neurological degenerative diseases such as Alzheimerâ??s disease, Parkinsonâ??s disease.
