Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age 18\-60 years
- •2\.The participants must have met the indication for tonsillectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have underlying disease
- •2\. The participants have contraindication for platelet\-rich plasma (abnormal platelet and coagulation profiles)
- •3\.The participants take antiplatelet medication
- •4\.Immunocompromised host
- •5\.Suspected cancer
