Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of either gender in the age group 19-60 years
2. ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) physical status I and II
3. Patients who are undergoing elective laparoscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with a history of tracheostomy/ abnormal airway anatomy
2. Patients with COPD, respiratory disease
3. Pregnant patient
4. Patients who refuse consent
5. ASA physical status III and above

Name Time Method 1.To measure any further changes in endotracheal cuff pressure with changes in patient position such as head-up or head-down tilt during laparoscopic surgery. <br/ ><br>2. Unfavorable outcomes like post-operative cough, hoarseness, & painful throat. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: The time from the starting of intubation till extubation (about 1 hour) <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
