入选标准
- •Patient fulfilling criteria of American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) of Classes I/ II/ III.
- •Patient aged 18-65 years.
- •Patients undergoing elective transnasal transsphenoidal resection of pituitary tumors.
- •Patientâ??s giving consent willingly.
排除标准
- •GCS less than 15
- •Preoperative Heart Rate less than 50 beat/min
- •Pregnant patients
- •Patients who Take any Alpha-Methyldopa,Beta blockers,Calcium Channel blockers
- •CAD,EF >40%,pre-existing arrythmias and heartblock.
- •Patients with prexisting psychiatric or neurological illnesses
- •Emergency pitutary surgery incase of bleed
- •Renal insuffuciency
- •Allergy in dexmedethomidine and opioid
- •Morbid Obesity
- •Denied consent
