Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Pain of VAS greater than 3 cm
  • •subjects daignosed with primary frozen shoulder syndrome :
  • •active range of motion is equal to passive range of motion in all planes
  • •presence of capsular pattern
  • •no radiological evidence of other shoulder pathology
  • •coracoid pain test positive\- measured using Pain Pressure Threshold device

Exclusion Criteria

  • •frozen shoulder following sever trauma
  • •Associated neurological pathology like stroke and Parkinsons disease
  • •History of surgery on involved shoulder in past 6 months
  • •Subjects diagnosed with inflammatory conditions like Rheumatoid arthritis
  • •Recent injury of the shoulder complex in past 1 year
