Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pain of VAS greater than 3 cm
- •subjects daignosed with primary frozen shoulder syndrome :
- •active range of motion is equal to passive range of motion in all planes
- •presence of capsular pattern
- •no radiological evidence of other shoulder pathology
- •coracoid pain test positive\- measured using Pain Pressure Threshold device
Exclusion Criteria
- •frozen shoulder following sever trauma
- •Associated neurological pathology like stroke and Parkinsons disease
- •History of surgery on involved shoulder in past 6 months
- •Subjects diagnosed with inflammatory conditions like Rheumatoid arthritis
- •Recent injury of the shoulder complex in past 1 year
