Name Time Method Mental health wellbeing will be measured using the MCH-SF[Pre intervention, post intervention and 1 month follow-up];Negative affect (depression, anxiety and stress) will be measured using the DASS-21[Pre intervention, during intervention (Week 2), post intervention and 1 month follow-up];Optimism will be measured using the LOT-R[Pre intervention, during intervention (Week 2), post intervention and 1 month follow-up]
