Inclusion Criteria
Athletes with shin pain or diagnosed with MTSS
Symptoms lasting for 2-3 weeks in the last 1 month
Exclusion Criteria
Fracture of the lower limbs in less than 3 months
Acute injuries to the lower limb that prevents them from performing single leg squat
Surgery or trauma to lower extremity in past 1 year
