Inclusion Criteria
Both male and female, who are willing to participate, age between 19-35 years. Presence of active trigger point in the upper trapezius muscle. Students who will come with the presence of the typical referred pain pattern of the MTrP in response to compression will be part of the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects who are not willing to be part of the study, needle phobia, skin infection, taking NSAIDs or muscle relaxants for the past 5 days, cervical radiculopathy, and surgery of the cervical spine.
