Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patient of Acute Fissure in Ano will be included in this study.
  • •2\. Age Group between 18 to 60 yrs (irrespective of gender).
  • •3\. All the cases will be fresh/new who have not received any local treatment.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Chronic Fissure in Ano (Onset more than 28 days) with Sentinel Tag \& Anal papillae.
  • •2\.Bleeding Disorder like Hemophilia etc.
  • •3\.Patient with uncontrolled systemic disease like diabetes and hypertension.
  • •4\.Patient with Ca rectum.
  • •5\.Pregnant women, Debilitated person \& patient suffering from Pittaja roga.
  • •6\.Patient having Parikartika, secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Syphilis, Crohn’s disease, T.B.,
  • •HIV, Hepatitis etc.
