Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of primary osteoarthritis of the knee.
- •\-Radiological evidence of knee. osteoarthritis(Grade II/III on (Kellgren–Lawrence grading system).
- •\-Persistent pain in the target knee despite conservative treatments.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-secondary osteoarthritis of the target knee
- •\-Grade IV radiographic stage osteoarthritis (Kellgren–Lawrence grading system)
- •\-Signs of septic arthritis of knee joint
- •\-Surgery in the knee within the past six months
- •\-Systemic or intra\-articular injection of corticosteroids/hyaluronic acid in target knee joint within three months before recruiting
