Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of primary osteoarthritis of the knee.
- •-Radiological evidence of knee. osteoarthritis(Grade II/III on (Kellgren–Lawrence grading system).
- •-Persistent pain in the target knee despite conservative treatments.
Exclusion Criteria
- •-secondary osteoarthritis of the target knee
- •-Grade IV radiographic stage osteoarthritis (Kellgren–Lawrence grading system)
- •-Signs of septic arthritis of knee joint
- •-Surgery in the knee within the past six months
- •-Systemic or intra-articular injection of corticosteroids/hyaluronic acid in target knee joint within three months before recruiting
