- •Patients of both genders who referred to Imam Khomeini Hospital Of Ardabil for laparoscopic cholecystectomy (age range: 18-70 years).
- •Exclusion criteria: Allergy to magnesium sulfate? hypermagnesemia? hypertension? morbid obesity? and severe hepatic, renal, endocrine, and cardiac dysfunction
