- •1) elective LSCS
- •2) ASA 1& 2
- •3)BMI <40
- •4) height between 5 - 6 feet
排除标准
- •1) patient refusal
- •2) patients with coagulopathy or neuromuscular disease
- •3) patients on anticoagulants or antiplatelets
- •4) patients with spine deformity
- •5) patients with local skin lesion at site of injection
- •6) known allergy to trial drugs
- •7) patients with poor myocardial contractility
- •8) ASA 3 or more
- •9) emergency lscs
