- •healthy human volunteers residing in a particular urban area without any history of ocular surface disorder were included.

- •a.Patients having redness of eye, itching, discharge, sticking of the eyes in the
- •b.Patients having presence of papillae, follicles, congestion, cicatrization of the
- •conjunctiva.
- •c.Patients having any established changes of kerato-conjuntivitis sicca and dry
- •d.Patients having any history of ocular injury.
- •e.Patients with pterygium.
- •f. Patients having ocular surface irregularities
