Inclusion Criteria
Migraine for at least past 6 months
Age 18 to 65 years
Command of English/ Kannada language
Agreement to participate in any one of the two study arms by randomization
Willingness to perform the prescribed activities at home
Exclusion Criteria
Known psychiatric disorders at the time of enrollment
Participation in other trials
Prior experience with pranayama
Patients with pre-menstrual/menstrual migraine
Women with ongoing / planned pregnancy
Not in a state to provide information at the time of visit due to sickness
Other psychological disorders which impair the communication and interaction with the patient
