Inclusion Criteria
female patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1-2, who were aged 18-60 years, and were scheduled to undergo general anesthesia and postoperative intravenous patient controlled analgesia for breast cancer surgery
Exclusion Criteria
psychiatric disease
chronic pain
history of preoperative analgesics
contraindication of fentanyl or midazolam
when the PCA cannot be applied to patients
