Adolescents and young adults aged 15-24 years old who obtain voluntary consent to participate in a research project with the presence of any of the following risk factors will constitute a cause for the inclusion of the participant: HIV-infected patient, having anal sex, having multiple sexual partners, as in the last six months, having more than 1 partner, or having a history of substance abuse
The participant who had an HCV infection or had been cured before or ever had an anti-HCV screening for less than 6 months
