入选标准
- •1. 18 to 80 years
- •2. Informed consent patients
- •3. Primary unilateral inguinal hernia repair
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria
- •1. Pregnancy
- •2. Recurrent inguinal hernia
- •3. No prior open abdominal surgery with transverse incision at low abdomen
- •4. Previous radical prostatectomy patients
- •5. Bilateral inguinal hernia
- •6. Patients who are unable to undergo general anesthesia
- •7. Patients who have incarcerated and strangulated inguinal hernia
- •8. Intra-abdominal infection or infection in operation site
- •9. Patients who are unable to give informed consent
- •Exclusion during operation:
- •1. Abnormal anatomical structures that are not able to perform planned surgery
- •2. Severe adhesion to prevent adequate exposure and dissection
- •3. Hemodynamic instablity from Trendelenburg position during operation
