Pain on posterior aspect of the neck with active cervical movement for more than 3 months duration, pain intensity of more than or equal to 4 on visual analogue scale, cranio vertebral angle less than 50 degrees
Pain radiating to the upper extremity, signs of neurological involvement, history of cervical trauma, previous spinal surgery, clinically diagnosed intervertebral disc prolapse, spondylosis and spondylolisthesis, subjects who have taken analgesic medicines less than 72 hours before enrollment in the study, infection, bleeding or injury around the area of cupping therapy or IASTM
