Diagnosed Cases of second-degree burn
Percentage of burn should be range between 10-20% of Total body surface area (Based on Lund Browder chart)
Superficial and superficial-partial thickness burn should be included
Third and fourth-degree burn wound
Deep burn and full thickness burn wound included muscle, ligaments
Pregnancy and breastfeeding women
Any kind of malignancy and infectious disease condition
Uncontrolled Hypertension and diabetes.
Heart diseases like MI, CAD, IHD
Patients with HIV, HBsAg, HCV
