Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adults aged between 18 and 65 years of both genders with preserved comprehension capacity, literate, must sign the informed consent form before data collection and have typical and/or atypical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease with results of upper digestive endoscopy, esophageal manometry and prolonged pH monitoring.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Adults with diagnosed psychiatric illness, neurological disease, neoplasms, patients with cognitive impairment, illiterate patients and patients with severe visual impairment.
