Study Overview
Brief Summary
1. To assess aqueous humor outflow (AHO) pathways in patients of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) and primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG) using aqueous angiography.
2. Correlate AHO with severity of glaucoma using aqueous angiography.
3.This study will help in understanding the physiology of AHO pathways which can help clinicians formulate targeted and individualized treatment in different stages of mild, moderate and severe PACG & POAG disease.
4. This study may help identify ways that can enhance intraocular pressure (IOP) reduction by conventional pathways with more consistency using Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS) in patients of POAG.
5.This study may help correlate the presence of synechiae on gonioscopy with angiographic patterns and signals in patients of PACG which can help in targeted and individualized management of such patients.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Primary Open Angle Glaucoma and Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma with Visually Significant cataract.
- •Patients having Visually significant and no glaucoma.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with secondary glaucoma, pregnant or lactating females, patients with iodine or shellfish or indocyanine green dye allergy and patients who do not give consent.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Effect of severity of glaucoma on angiographic signals and patterns of Aqueous Humor Outflow.
Time Frame: Cross Sectional Study
Secondary Outcomes
- To collect and report normative data of Aqueous Humor Outflow pathways in normal patients, Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma and Primary Open Angle Glaucoma.(Cross Sectional Study)
- Effect of Peripheral Anterior Synechiae on angiographic signals and patterns of Aqueous Humor Outflow.
- To correlate the Aqueous Humor Outflow pathways with any consistent external sign on conjunctiva or sclera
